Auf Wiedersehen Germany

We have spent our last few days in Rothenburg, Germany and Fussen, Germany. Rothenburg is a preserved medieval town and was voted favorite place to visit so far by me - Traci. Although it rained while we were there, we bought some umbrellas and still enjoyed strolling down the narrow cobblestone lanes and walking the stone wall that goes around the perimeter of of the town.
In Fussen, we explored the castles of the Bavarian Royal family. The more famous of the two being Neuschwanstein which is a fantasy castle built by King Ludwig II.
We had a great time in both places but it felt more like we were in Asia due to the numbers of Japanese tourists.
We have now arrived in Bern, Switzerland where we will be spending a few days before we move on to Bordeaux, France.
Here are a few pics of our times in these two places. It has been very difficult for us to upload photos on random computers that continue to give us errors every time we try. So, we will post pictures whenever we are able.
